Rebel Entertainment Group LLC (“REG Group,” “we,” “us”) produces Bleu Magic Fridays and other events at Bleu Martini in Philadelphia. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, birthday, and event preferences when you RSVP (including through Eventbrite), fill out a form on our website, scan a QR code at the venue, or text a keyword to our number.
- Event information: events you RSVP to or attend and your messaging preferences.
- Website information: basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) collected through cookies and standard analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
- To confirm RSVPs and send event details, reminders, and RSVP links
- To send promotions and offers you’ve agreed to receive, including birthday offers
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support
- To improve our events and website
SMS / Text Messaging
- Program: Bleu Magic / REG Group event alerts — event reminders, RSVP links and confirmations, and special offers.
- Consent: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you RSVP, texting a keyword (such as BLEU) to our number, or signing up through a venue form or QR code. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or attendance.
- Frequency: 1–2 messages per week.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call 267-228-7520.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories described in this policy.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
